UniQorn Safety — Part 4: Carrying out an inspection Public demonstration | Interface captured 18 October 2026 Open the correct inspection Chapter four follows the inspector's workflow. Open the equipment from the register or its authorised scan link. Check the selected equipment and choose its published checklist. Use Start or resume for the appropriate work, or Open draft to continue a saved record from history. Do not start another inspection merely to recover work whose save or sync status is uncertain. Check version and context The inspection record shows the equipment, checklist version and whether it is a draft. Read the questions before entering answers. The training checklist begins by confirming that this is a synthetic asset. During real work, follow the approved method, perform each check and answer truthfully. Never copy demonstration answers into an operational inspection or sign on someone else's behalf. Record answers and observations Answer each required question and add useful observations. Enter measurements with the units and criteria required by the approved checklist. Our sample diameter of twelve millimetres is training data, not an acceptance threshold. If a condition fails, record it honestly and follow the site's stop-use and escalation procedure. Do not change an answer simply to obtain a passing result. Attach and verify evidence Attach the requested evidence using the photo control, then verify that the intended attachment is available with View photo. For real inspections, use relevant, clear evidence of the actual equipment. This demonstration uses a labelled training image, not a photograph proving an operational inspection. A file-picker label alone is not confirmation that the server has accepted and retained the evidence. Save now, sign only when ready Use Save draft when work is unfinished or you need to return later. Check that the save succeeds and reopen the record if you need to verify persistence. Signing off is a separate action: review the required checks and evidence, enter your sign-off name, confirm the declaration and use Sign off inspection only when the record truly represents your completed inspection. Verify the completed record A successful sign-off records the account, name and server time. The completed inspection is read-only, and its findings can be reviewed in reports. A completed failure quarantines equipment and opens corrective actions. A pass does not automatically remove an existing hold. This filming session reviews existing records and does not submit a new sign-off or certify the demo asset for use.
