UniQorn Safety — Part 6: Scheduling and oversight Public demonstration | Interface captured 18 October 2026 Plan the next inspection Chapter six covers recurring work and management oversight. From Overview, open Inspection scheduling and notifications. A schedule connects equipment, the published checklist and an assigned inspector. The frequency comes from the latest published client checklist. Our example is every seven days for training only; the responsible person must approve the real interval and inspection method before operational use. Assign and explain changes Create a schedule or choose Edit schedule. Confirm the equipment and checklist, select the eligible inspector, set the next due date and timezone, and check whether the schedule is active. Record a reason for every change before Save schedule. Here, the existing demo is assigned to the temporary administrator and due on twenty-four October in the Europe London timezone. No schedule changes are submitted during filming. Configure notifications carefully Notification settings control due-soon lead time, overdue repetition, escalation and completion recipients. Review who will receive each message and which channels are enabled. The demo uses in-app notifications only; email delivery is off. Do not promise email delivery merely because a recipient is selected. Enabling a channel, delivery configuration and actual receipt are separate things to verify. Check delivery history Review Notification delivery history to see the event, channel, recipient and delivery status. This demo contains in-app completion events and an earlier due-soon reminder. Open the linked inspection to review its real state. For email, provider acceptance is not proof of inbox receipt. Reminders, schedule dates and inspection completion never release an existing equipment safety hold. Use the Control Centre Return to Overview and open Safety Control Centre. Check the update time and site or type scope, then review overdue schedules, equipment on hold and unresolved actions. Use Refresh dashboard when you need newer decisions. The cards and equipment filters help you find work; they do not replace the detailed equipment workflow where you review evidence, actions and the current safety gate. Interpret totals correctly Show detailed overview separates inspection workload, active equipment safety status and corrective activity. Our demo has one active schedule and a current Clear gate. The historical failure remains part of inspection activity even after action closure and release. Multiple schedules may belong to one item. Use these totals to prioritise review, not as proof that every asset is compliant or ready for use.
